摘　　要：Emerging evidence indicates that the fitness/frailty status of elderly patients with multiple myeloma(MM)is highly dynamic,influenced by factors such as aging,disease progression,and treatment.This underscores the importance of basing therapeutic decisions not only on initial fitness/frailty assessments but also on their changes over the course of treatment.
