摘 要:持续改进教学体系是提高教学质量并适应行业趋势的重要一环。以工程教育专业认证为契机,该文通过明确校院两级机构在教学过程中的管理职责,完善教学质量监控体系,提出汽车服务工程专业教学质量PDCA监控机制,建立课程对指标点的支撑算法,形成以学年为周期的专业教学质量范式评价方法,完成培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系、课程目标等教学环节的测度与量化,提出教学评价体系的持续改进机制。对2019—2021届毕业生的毕业要求达成情况进行评价,评价表明该教学环节评价方法可行。闭环教学评价体系与持续改进机制可用于对全国同类院校汽车服务工程专业的专业认证自评与日常运行状况监测。Continuous improvement of the teaching system is regarded as an important aspect for enhancing teaching quality and adapting to industry trends.Taking the opportunity of engineering education program accreditation,this paper clarifies the management responsibilities of both the university and college-level institutions in the teaching process.Improved teaching quality monitoring system and proposed a PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)monitoring mechanism for the teaching quality of the Automotive Service Engineering program.This study establishes a supporting algorithm for course outcome indicators and develops a professional teaching quality evaluation method based on the academic year cycle.Measured and quantified various aspects such as educational objectives,graduation requirements,curriculum structure,and course objectives are completed.Additionally,we proposed a continuous improvement mechanism for the teaching evaluation system,evaluated the achievement of graduation requirements for the graduating classes from 2019 to 2021.And the assessment indicates that the evaluation method for this teaching process is deemed feasible.The closed-loop teaching evaluation system and continuous improvement mechanism can be applied to self-assessment for program accreditation and daily monitoring of the operational status of similar automotive service engineering programs in other institutions nationwide.
