摘 要:在当前改善护理服务行动计划的背景下,对新护士进行规范化培训不仅有助于提升他们的专业素养,还能有效提高整体护理服务的质量和效率。本述评对新护士规范化培训现状进行细致审视,探讨如何优化培训内容、创新培训方法、加强师资队伍建设等,以期提升新护士规范化培训教育工作的整体质量,为其护理职业生涯奠定良好的开端。Under the current context of the Nursing Service Improvement Action Plan,standardized training for new nurses not only helps to enhance their professional competence but also effectively improves the overall quality and efficiency of nursing services.This review examines the current situation of standardized training for new nurses,exploring ways to optimize training content,innovate training methods,and strengthen faculty development,aiming to enhance the overall quality of new nurse training programs,and set a strong beginning for their nursing careers.
