摘　　要：高校为培养一流人才,全面进行立德树人具有重要的意义。有机化学课程包含丰富的思政元素,如何有效地进行有机化学课程思政建设是目前面临的问题。文章分析了有机化学课程中潜在的思政元素,并将思政元素融合到有机化学教学中,最终实现课程思政建设,达到学生品德的塑造与专业知识、实践能力培养的教学目标,构建新时代教书育人策略,培养具有坚定文化自信的德才兼备的社会主义新型人才。It is of great significance for universities to cultivate first-class talents and comprehensively promote moral education.The organic chemistry course contains rich ideological and political elements,and how to effectively carry out ideological and political construction in the organic chemistry course is currently a problem faced.The article analyzes the potential ideological and political elements in organic chemistry courses,and integrates them into organic chemistry teaching,ultimately achieving the construction ofideological and political education in the curriculum,shaping students’morality and cultivating their professional knowledge and practical abilities.It constructs a new era of teaching and nurturing strategies,and cultivates socialist new talents with firm cultural confidence and both moral and professional abilities.
