摘  要:围绕过程流体机械课程多学科交叉融合特性,设计研制了往复机械多功能教学实验装置,包含压缩机运行控制、状态监测、节能降耗等功能模块,涉及机械、计算机、传感器、液压、电磁等多学科知识。将多功能教学实验装置应用于过程流体机械课程课堂与实验教学,形成了丰富的教学案例与素材;同时还设计了课外研究性实验项目,推动课程以赛促教的教学改革实践。该实验装置的研制与应用已获得多项学科竞赛奖励,对提高学生的动手能力、创新意识与科研素养具有重要作用。A multifunctional teaching experimental device for reciprocating machinery has been designed and developed,focusing on the interdisciplinary integration characteristics of process fluid machinery courses.It includes modules for compressor operation control,status monitoring,energy conservation and consumption reduction,covering interdisciplinary knowledge content such as machinery,computer,sensors,hydraulic,electromagnetic,etc.The application of multifunctional teaching experimental devices in the classroom and experimental teaching of process fluid machinery courses has resulted in rich teaching cases and materials;at the same time,extracurricular researchoriented experimental projects are designed to promote the reform and practice of teaching through competition.The development and application of this experimental device plays an important role in improving students'hands-on ability,innovation awareness,and scientific research literacy,and has won multiple subject competition awards.
