基于学员底层通用能力培养的教学改革与实践——以计算机程序设计课程为例

摘　　要：打赢信息化战争、提升新型军事人才信息化素养的培养目标,对计算机程序设计课程提出了新的要求。以培养学员面向未来的能力为核心,提出了一种整合式教学设计方法,包括一条主线、两股源泉、三方温度、四个理念,并实施了实践主导的线上线下混合式教学模式。课程注重思政赋力,提升学员的内驱力。实践证明,该教学改革在一定程度上实现了培养学员面向未来能力的目标。The new military talent training goal of winning the information war and improving the information literacy has put forward new requirements for the teaching of computer programming course.Focusing on cultivating students'future-oriented capabilities,this paper proposes an integrated teaching design method that encompasses a main line,two sources,three temperatures,and four concepts.It implements a practice-oriented online and offline blended teaching model.The course emphasizes ideological and political education to enhance students'internal drive.Practice has proved that the teaching reform has achieved the goal of cultivating students'future-oriented capabilities to a certain extent.
