工匠精神融入工科课程的教学研究

摘  要:在工科课程中融入工匠精神,对树立精益求精、一丝不苟、不断创新的职业精神具有重要意义。通过充分挖掘工科课程工匠精神元素,并将其融入到教学目标、教学设计中,使思政元素与课程内容深度融合。虚拟仿真教学作为“工匠精神”培养的重要途径,充分调动学生的感官,使学生能够获得对新知识的感性认识,对抽象的事物了解更加透彻,从而增强学生的学习兴趣,使学生在学习过程中不断思考与探索,更好地践行了精益求精的工匠精神。It is of great significance to integrate the craftsman spirit into the engineering curriculum to establish the professional spirit of excellence,meticulous and continuous innovation.By fully exploring the craftsman spirit elements of engineering courses,and integrating them into the teaching objectives and teaching design,the ideological and political elements are deeply integrated with the course content.The use of virtual simulation teaching as an important way of"craftsman spirit"fully mobilizes students'senses,enables students to gain a perceptual understanding of new knowledge and a more thorough understanding of abstract things,thus enhancing students'interest in learning,enabling students to constantly think and explore in the learning process,and well practicing the craftsman spirit of excellence.
