重载铁路隧道结构层附加沉降计算模型探索

摘  要:为探索重载铁路隧道结构层带来的附加沉降对隧道沉降变形的影响,采用ANSYS有限元软件对不同围岩环境、不同结构层厚度共36种工况建立数值模型,对隧道结构层引起的附加沉降进行模拟分析,探讨不同工况下结构层附加沉降、隧道边墙监测点剩余沉降及隧道底部工后沉降的相对关系。研究表明,铺轨完成后工后剩余沉降与工后沉降的比值随着结构层厚度的增加而减小,随着围岩等级的增大而减小;隧底结构层附加沉降S_(K)与剩余沉降S_(L)的比值随着结构层厚度的增加而增大,随着围岩等级的增大而增大。在Ⅱ级围岩下,隧道结构附加沉降S_(K)与剩余沉降S_(L)比随结构层厚度呈线性关系,Ⅲ~Ⅴ级围岩下,隧道结构附加沉降S_(K)与剩余沉降S_(L)比随结构层厚度呈幂函数关系。In order to explore the influence of additional settlement caused by structural layers of heavy-haul railway tunnel,a numerical model based on 36 engineering specifications including different surrounding rock environment and structural layer thickness was built by ANSYS to simulate the sedimentation process under the load of tunnel structure and explore the relationship of additional settlement on structural layer and residual settlement on tunnel side wall and post-construction settlement on tunnel base.Based on massive data comparative analysis,a conclusion is proposed that,the ratio of residual settlement to post-construction settlement decreases with the increase of structural layer thickness and surrounding rock grade.The ratio of S_(K)to S_(L)increases with the increase of the thickness of structural layer and surrounding rock grade.In a word,the ratio of S_(K)to S_(L)has a linear relation under ClassⅡsurrounding rock,and have a power function relation under ClassⅢ~Ⅴsurrounding.
