摘　　要：目的探究SOX2、EGFR在胃癌(GC)组织中的表达及与其临床病理特征的关系。方法选取接受根治手术治疗的GC患者100例,取其GC组织标本作为观察组,另选取100例经病理学检查确认为正常胃黏膜组织的癌旁组织标本作为对照组。采用免疫组化法检测SOX2、EGFR的表达,比较两组SOX2、EGFR的阳性表达率,并探讨SOX2、EGFR的阳性表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果相较于对照组,观察组SOX2阳性表达率显著降低(P<0.05);EGFR阳性表达率显著升高(P<0.05)。同时,GC组织中SOX2、EGFR阳性表达均与肿瘤浸润情况、分化程度、临床分期以及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄及肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05)。结论GC组织中SOX2呈低表达,而EGFR呈高表达,同时表达水平均与肿瘤浸润情况、分化程度、临床分期以及淋巴结转移有关,可作为评估GC发展和预后的关键指标。Objective To investigate the expression of SOX2 and EGFR in gastric cancer(GC)tissues and its relationship with their clinicopathologic features.Methods 100 cases of GC patients treated with radical surgery were selected,and their GC tissue specimens were taken as the observation group,and another 100 cases of paracancerous tissue specimens which were confirmed to be normal gastric mucosa tissues by pathological examination were selected as the control group.The expression of SOX2 and EGFR was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the positive expression rates of SOX2 and EGFR in the 2 groups were compared,and the relationship between the positive expression of SOX2 and EGFR and clinicopathological features was explored.Results Compared with the control group,the positive expression rate of SOX2 in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of EGFR was significantly higher(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the positive expression of SOX2 and EGFR in GC tissues were related to tumor infiltration,differentiation degree,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not related to patients'gender,age,and tumor diameter(P>0.05).Conclusion SOX2 is lowly expressed and EGFR is highly expressed in GC tissues,while the expression levels are all correlated with tumor infiltration,differentiation,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis,which can be used as a key indicator to assess the development and prognosis of GC.
