翻转课堂在中医耳鼻喉科临床带教的应用

摘　　要：医学生是我国卫生事业的重要后备力量,是医疗事业未来的希望。医学生具有高水平临床能力是人民生命健康的有力保障。刚步入临床的医学生临床能力均较低,临床带教在医学生的培养过程中就显得尤为重要。中医耳鼻喉科学是一门历史悠久的临床学科,涉及的器官具有解剖结构孔小、腔细洞深的特点,且病变部位隐深,故临床带教难度较大。此研究在中医耳鼻喉科临床带教中采用翻转课堂模式,取得了较好效果。Medical students are an important reserve force of China's health service and the hope of the future of medical service.The high level of clinical ability of medical students is a strong guarantee of people's life and health.The clinical ability of the medical stu-dents who have just entered the clinic is low,so the clinical teaching is very important in the training process of the medical students.Otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine is a clinical discipline with a long history.Because of the particularity of its discipline,it has the characteristics of small holes in anatomical structure,small cavities and deep cavities,and the lesion is hidden and deep.Clinical teaching is difficult.In the clinical teaching of otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine,the flipped classroom teaching mode was adopted,and good results has been achieved.
