摘　　要：老中医药专家为国家的一块瑰宝,做好老中医药专家工作室建设及师承学习,对中医文化思想深刻的认识、传承和创新起到重要作用。在综合医院开展名中医工作室建设及师承工作,对促进中西医并重及发展具有重要意义。国家老中医药专家工作室建设与医院建设互相辉映、协同发展。现对工作室建设的思路与师承教育方式进行探讨和汇报。As a national treasure of raditional Chinese medicine,prestigious traditional Chinese medicine expert plays an important role in the construction of traditional Chinese medicine experts'studio and the deep understanding of traditional Chinese medicine culture and thoughts.It is of great significance to promote the development of both traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The con-struction of national prestigious traditional Chinese medicine expert studio and hospital construction complement each other and de-velop in synergy.This paper discussed and reported the ideas of studio construction and the way of master-apprentice education.
