基于柯氏模型以医学生为主体心肺复苏联合自动体外除颤仪培训效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探究以医学生作为主体的心肺复苏(CPR)联合自动体外除颤仪(AED)的培训效果,为医学生这一医疗资源的正确分配提供参考。方法采用问卷调查方法。应用柯氏模型中的反应层与学习层制定调查问卷,于2021年11月—2022年5月举办CPR联合AED培训,并收集数据。对所收集数据进行信效度检验。对样本数据特征采用百分比统计描述。学员对CPR联合AED的满意度(反应层)计量数据用均数±标准差表示。采用配对Wilcoxon检验分析培训效果(学习层)。结果反应层方面,学员信任度(4.38±0.71)、培训后态度(4.77±0.35)、教学条件满意度(4.51±0.46)得分均>4。学习层方面,学员学习层干预前后秩学习成绩有统计学差异[中位数12分vs.中位数6分,Z=-10.367,P<0.001]。结论以医学生为主体的CPR联合AED培训能够得到学员的信任,学员对该培训及其教学条件满意度较高,培训效果优秀。医学生为主体的CPR联合AED培训的推广,是缓解医疗压力的方法。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(CPR)combined with Automated External Defibrillator(AED)training with medical students as the main trainers which can serve as a reference to engage medical students in public oriented first aid training.Methods Based on the Reaction level and the Learning level of the Kirkpatrick Model,a questionnaire consisting of 4 aspects was designed corresponding to different contents of training.From November 2021 to May 2022,the training was conducted among 180 people with data being collected.The tests of reliability and validity were performed.Sample data characteristics were described using percentage statistics.The satisfaction level(Reaction level)of the trainees with CPR combined with AED was represented by mean±standard deviation.Paired Wilcoxon tests were used to analyze the training effect(learning level).Results On the reaction level,the mean values for trainee trust(4.38±0.71),post-training attitude(4.77±0.35),and satisfaction with teaching conditions(4.51±0.46)were all greater than 4.On the learning level,There was a statistically significant difference in the academic performance of the students before and after the intervention[median 12 points vs.median 6 points,Z=-10.367,P<0.001].Conclusion Despite the young age of medical students as the trainers,trainees still have trust in students’expertise.Besides,the trainees have a high level of satisfaction with the overall training effect and the teaching conditions.The public oriented first aid training of CPR combined with AED,led by medical students,can help to alleviate medical pressure of the society and enhance the distribution of limited medical resources.
