摘 要:弯道操纵稳定性是汽车的一个非常重要的性能,在弯道中制动或转向时,由于载荷的转移,可能会使车辆发生过度转向甚至激转的危险状况,从而失去稳定性。本文从弯道制动和弯道转向两个方面对乘用车弯道操纵稳定性试验进行了研究,确定乘用车弯道制动和弯道释放油门阶跃转向试验方法,提出以横摆角速度和后轴侧偏角作为汽车弯道操纵稳定性的评价指标,并用实车进行了试验验证和评价。结果表明,采用该试验方法能对乘用车弯道操纵稳定性有效合理地试验验证和评价。Handling stability in a turn is a very important performance of a car.When braking or steering in a corner,due to the transfer of load,it may cause a dangerous situation such as excessive steering or even violent spin of the vehicle,thus losing stability.This article has conducted research on the handling stability test for passenger cars in a turn from two aspects of braking in a turn and steering in a turn,determined the test method of braking in a turn and release accelerator pedal step steering for passenger cars,proposed using yaw rate and rear axle sideslip angle as the evaluation indicators of vehicle handling stability in a turn,and carried out with an actual vehicle.The results show that the test method can verify and evaluate handing stability in a turn of passenger cars effectively and reasonably.
