摘　　要：在社会用人需求变化的背景下,中职院校加强汽修专业教学团队建设尤为重要。在中职汽修专业的发展过程中,教学团队扮演着至关重要的角色。因此,本文从教学团队成员结构、“双师型”教师培养等方面探讨了目前中职汽修专业教学团队建设的主要问题,针对这些问题提出加强中职汽修专业教学团队建设的策略,为中职学校优质师资队伍建设提供思路。In the context of the changing needs of social employers,it is particularly important for secondary vocational colleges and universities to strengthen the teaching team construction of automobile repair specialty.In the development process of secondary vocational automobile repair specialty,the teaching team plays a crucial role.Therefore,this paper discusses the main problems of the current teaching team construction of secondary vocational automobile repair profession from the structure of the teaching team members,"dual-teacher"teacher training,etc.,and puts forward the strategy of strengthening the teaching team construction of secondary vocational automobile repair profession for the construction of high-quality teaching staff for secondary vocational schools to provide ideas.
