摘  要:在汽车产业快速发展的背景下,汽车检测与维修技术专业对人才培养提出了新要求。“岗课”融通育人模式的产生突破了传统教学模式的局限性。本文基于相关理论和政策支持,深入探讨“岗课”融通的内涵与意义,并结合菏泽职业学院交通工程系汽车维护保养公司的实际情况,从课程体系、教学方法和实践教学平台构建等方面详细阐述其实践探索过程,通过对学生学习效果和就业质量的评估验证该模式的有效性,为高职教育教学改革提供参考。In the context of the rapid development of the automobile industry,the automobile testing and maintenance technology program has put forward new requirements for personnel training.The creation of"postcourse"integration model breaks through the limitations of the traditional teaching mode.Based on relevant theories and policy support,this paper discusses the connotation and significance of"post-course"integration,and combines the actual situation of automobile maintenance company in the Department of Transportation Engineering of our university,elaborates its practical exploration process from the aspects of curriculum system,teaching methods and practical teaching platform construction,etc.,and verifies the validity of this model through the assessment of students'learning effect and employment quality.Through the evaluation of students'learning effect and employment quality,the effectiveness of the model is verified and reference is provided for the teaching reform of higher vocational education.
