现代学徒制下协同育人课程模式改革研究——以中职新能源汽车维护课程为例

摘  要:本文针对中职学校存在的专业课程培养目标与岗位能力标准的脱节、实践教学环境与工作岗位环境脱离、实训课程内容与岗位内容不对接、教学评价与企业评价不科学等问题,提出构建现代学徒制下的“校企双育,标准融合,能力进阶”协同育人课程模式。通过对中职新能源汽车维护课程内容、课程标准、教学过程、课程评价等方面进行改革优化,推进中职学校专业课程改革。This paper focuses on the problems that exist in secondary vocational schools,such as the disconnection between the cultivation objectives of professional courses and the standards of job competence,the detachment of practical teaching environment from the environment of jobs,the lack of docking between the content of practical training courses and the content of jobs,and the unscientific evaluation between teaching and enterprises,etc.,and proposes to build a"school-enterprise dual education,standards integration,competence progression"under the modern apprenticeship system.It is proposed to construct the"school-enterprise dual education,standard integration,ability progression"collaborative educating course model under the modern apprenticeship system.Through the reform and optimization of the content,course standard,teaching process and course evaluation of the intermediate New Energy Vehicle Maintenance course,it promotes the reform of the professional courses in intermediate schools.
