茶末-纳米纤维素-硼砂复合膜的制备、优化及性能表征

摘  要:以羧甲基纤维素钠和纳米纤维素作为基材,辅以硼砂和茶末,采用流延成膜法制备具有抑菌性能的茶末-纳米纤维素-硼砂复合膜。以复合膜的厚度、水蒸气透过率、拉伸强度、含水率为考察指标,对茶末添加量、纳米纤维素和硼砂的比例、甘油添加量、倒模质量和干燥时间进行单因素试验,然后以拉伸强度、水蒸气透过率为评价指标,通过响应面试验优化复合膜的最佳制备条件。结果表明:茶末-纳米纤维素-硼砂复合膜制备条件为纳米纤维素和硼砂混合物添加比例为2.76:1(g/mL)、茶末添加量为0.51 g、甘油添加量为1.5 mL、倒模质量为12.57 g、干燥时间为5 h,此条件下制备的复合膜厚度为58.43μm,拉伸强度6.65 N/mm^(2),水蒸气透过率为0.32%,1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基清除率55.3%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径为1.73 cm。红外光谱与扫描电镜分析表明复合膜表面较光滑,结构致密,膜体系之间有较好的相容性。Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and(TEMPO)-oxidized cellulose nanofiber(TOCNF)were used as the substrates,supplemented with borax and tea powder,and the composite film of tea powder-TOCNF-borax with bacteriostatic properties was prepared by the cast film-forming method.The thickness,water vapor transmission rate,tensile strength and water content of the composite film were used as the indexes,and a single factor experiment was carried out on the additive amount of tea powder,the ratio of TOCNF and borax,the additive amount of glycerol,the inverted mold mass and the drying time,and then the tensile strength and the water vapor transmission rate were used as the evaluating indexes to optimize the optimal conditions of the composite film preparation by response surface test.The results showed that the composite film was prepared under the following conditions:the addition ratio of TOCNF and borax was 2.76:1(g/mL),the addition amount of tea powder was 0.51 g,the addition amount of glycerol was 1.5 mL,the mass of inverted mold was 12.57 g,and the drying time was 5 h.The thickness of the composite film prepared under these conditions was 58.43μm,the tensile strength was 6.65 N/mm^(2),and the water vapor transmission rate was 0.32%,the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)free radical scavenging rate was 55.3%,and the diameter of the inhibition circle of E.coli was 1.73 cm.IR spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy showed that the composite film had a smooth surface,dense structure,and good compatibility between the film systems.
