蓝靛果口服液的研制及其抗疲劳功能研究

摘　　要：以蓝靛果为主要原料,并辅以山楂和黄精的复合提取液研制一款具有抗疲劳功能的蓝靛果口服液。以感官评价为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定蓝靛果口服液的最佳配方,同时对口服液的有效成分、理化指标及微生物指标检测,并考察其对小鼠负重游泳时间和体内生化指标的影响。结果表明,蓝靛果口服液的最佳配方为100 mL口服液中蓝靛果原汁25 mL、山楂及黄精的复合提取液15 mL、果葡糖浆添加量为10 g、柠檬酸添加量0.10 g。通过对蓝靛果口服液的检测表明口服液中多糖含量为(10.31±0.26)mg/mL、黄酮含量为(0.280±0.005)mg/mL、总酸含量为1.72 g/L、总糖含量为(10.80±0.16)%、可溶性固形物含量为(13.50±0.11)%,并且微生物指标符合国家标准。通过小鼠的抗疲劳试验可知,蓝靛果口服液能够延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,降低小鼠的血乳酸和血尿素氮的含量,并且提高肝糖原和肌糖原的含量。研究表明蓝靛果口服液具有一定的抗疲劳作用。Lonicera edulis was used as the main raw material and supplemented with a composite extract of hawthorn and polygonatum to develop an Lonicera edulis oral liquid with anti-fatigue function.Using sensory evaluation as the index,the opitimum formulation of Lonicera edulis oral solution was determined by single-factor and orthogonal tests,and the content of active ingredients,physicochemical indexes and microbiological indexes of the oral solution were also detected.And its effects on the weight-bearing swimming time of mice and biochemical indexes in vivo were investigated.The results showed that the optimal formulation of the oral solution of Lonicera edulis was 25 mL of the original juice of Lonicera edulis,15 mL of the compound extract of hawthorn and polygonatum,10 g of fructose syrup and 0.10 g of citric acid per 100 mL of oral solution.The detections on the oral solution of Lonicera edulis showed that the oral solution contained(10.31±0.26)mg/mL of polysaccharide and(0.280±0.005)mg/mL of flavonoid,total acid content was 1.72 g/L,total sugar content was(10.80±0.16)%,soluble solids content was(13.50±0.11)%.And the microbiological indexes conformed to the national standard.The anti-fatigue experiment of mice showed that Lonicera edulis oral solution could prolong the weight-bearing swimming time,reduce the blood lactate(BLA)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)content,and increase the content of liver glycogen(LG)and muscle glycogen(MG).The results indicate that Lonicera edulis oral liquid has certain anti-fatigue effects.
