系统论视角下高校师范生教育教学能力培养体系的优化——以广东技术师范大学为例

摘  要:“新师范”建设对师范生培养提出了更高的要求,强化师范生教育教学能力培养是应有之义.系统论能够在教学改革中起到方法论的作用.师范生教育教学能力培养体系的优化,需要以系统的观点来分析问题,并解决问题.针对师范生教育教学能力培养体系存在的教育教学类课程设置不合理、实践教学质量亟待进一步提高、师范生人才培养主体协同度不高等问题,广东技术师范大学在实践探索的基础上提出了优化师范生人才培养课程体系、构建“四级三赛”的教学技能竞赛培养体系、搭建师范生培养协同育人实践教学平台的举措,进一步优化高校师范生教育教学能力培养体系.The“New Normal Teacher Education”initiative has raised higher demands for the training of teaching majors,highlighting the need to strengthen the development of their educational and teaching competencies.Systems theory can serve as a methodological guide in teaching reforms.The optimization of the teaching majors’educational and teaching ability development system requires a systemic perspective to analyze and solve problems.In response to such issues as unreasonable curriculum design for education and teaching courses,the urgent need to improve the quality of practical teaching,and the low degree of coordination among the main stakeholders in teacher training,Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University has proposed measures based on practical exploration.These include optimizing the curriculum system for teaching majors,building a“four-level,three-competition”teaching skills competition system,and creating a collaborative education and practical teaching platform for teacher training,further optimizing the educational and teaching ability development system for teaching majors in higher education.
