SOAP思维模式下融合案例与问题教学模式在临床药学实习带教中的应用

摘　　要：随着医疗水平的持续提升,临床药学作用愈发凸显,为满足医疗机构对临床药学专业人才的需求,改进实习带教模式势在必行。本文深入探讨SOAP思维模式下问题教学法联合案例教学法在临床药学实习带教中的应用。该模式通过案例导入、学生分组自主学习、小组讨论与汇报、评估与反馈等环节,提高学生的临床思维能力、问题解决能力及团队协作能力。这种教学模式可有效弥补传统带教方法的不足,提升学生学习积极性、综合能力及知识掌握程度。With the continuous improvement of medical level,the role of clinical pharmacy becomes increasingly prominent.To meet the demand of medical institutions for professional talents in clinical pharmacy,it is imperative to improve the internship teaching mode.This paper deeply discusses the application of the teaching mode of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case teaching method(CBL)under the SOAP(Subject Objective Assessment Plan)thinking mode in clinical pharmacy internship teaching.This mode focuses on improving students'clinical thinking ability,problem-solving ability,and teamwork ability through steps such as case introduction,independent learning in student groups,group discussion and reporting,evaluation and feedback,etc.The teaching mode can effectively make up the deficiencies of traditional teaching methods and improve students'learning enthusiasm,comprehensive ability,and knowledge mastery.
