摘 要:在大数据、算法、人工智能等技术推动下,智媒体赋予人类前所未有的精准、便捷、精细、个性及互动的信息获取与消费体验。然随之而来的技术理性膨胀、信息茧房困境、智媒体上瘾以及信息陷阱、技术依赖等问题,却悄然影响着思政课对青年学生思想的正面引领,干扰着思政课教学秩序和育人实效,进而对思政课教师的胜任能力构成了巨大的挑战。直面智媒体冲击,思政课教师胜任力可从四个维度进行重塑:一是超越技术理性局限,强化基于价值理性的教学技术融合力;二是打破信息茧房壁垒,优化基于多元贯通的教学内容供给力;三是创设智慧教学场景,深化基于过程体验的教学手段创新力;四是突破人机交互限制,强化基于人本主义的教学效能实现力。With the support of technologies such as big data,algorithms,and artificial intelligence,smart media endows human beings with unprecedented precision,convenience,refinement,individuality,and interactive information acquisition and consumption experiences.However,the subsequent expansion of technological rationality,the dilemma of information cocooning,addiction to intelligent media,and the problems of information traps and technological dependence have had an impact on effective guidance of young students thinking and disrupted the order and effectiveness of ideological and political education.They have also posed significant challenges to the competence of ideological and political education teachers.In the face of the impact of intelligent media,the competence of ideological and political education teachers can be reshaped from four dimensions:firstly,it is necessary to go beyond technological rationality and enhance the ability to integrate teaching techniques based on value rationality.Secondly,breaking through information silos is needed to optimize the ability to provide diverse and interconnected teaching content.Thirdly,efforts should be made in creating intelligent scenarios to deepen the innovation capability of teaching methods based on experiential processes.Lastly,it is important to overcome limitations in human-computer interaction and strengthen the ability to achieve teaching effectiveness based on humanism.
