摘  要:目的:汇总分析巴音郭楞蒙古自治州2020—2022年食品安全风险监测结果,聚焦食品安全风险点,探索巴音郭楞蒙古自治州下一步食品安全工作重点。方法:根据相关文件进行食品采样和检测,通过全民健康保障信息化工程食品安全风险评估业务应用平台对比监测数据。结果:巴音郭楞蒙古自治州2020—2022年累计监测679份食品,其中微生物及其致病因子检测食品386份,合格率99.0%;化学污染物及有害物质检测食品293份,合格率94.9%;总体合格率为97.2%。结论:巴音郭楞蒙古自治州食品安全状况总体较好,但散装食品的卫生问题较为突出,且以化学类污染物不合格为主。Objective:To comprehensively summarize and deeply analyze the food safety risk monitoring results in Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture from 2020 to 2022,accurately identify the key points of food safety risks,and explore the core directions of the subsequent food safety work in this prefecture.Method:Food sampling and testing according to relevant documents,compare the food safety risk monitoring data through the business application platform for food safety risk assessment of the national health security informatization project.Result:During the period from 2020 to 2022,a total of 679 food samples were monitored in Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture.Among them,386 food samples were tested for microorganisms and their pathogenic factors,with a qualification rate reaching 99.0%;293 food samples were monitored for chemical pollutants and harmful substances,with a qualification rate of 94.9%;the overall qualification rate was 97.2%.Conclusion:The overall food safety situation in Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture is relatively good,but the hygiene problems of bulk food in Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture are relatively prominent,mainly manifested as the excessive levels of chemical pollutants.
