摘  要:本文通过分析篮球运动员对宏量营养素(碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪)和微量营养素(维生素、矿物质)的特殊需求,以及水分与电解质平衡的重要性,提出平衡膳食、时效性和个体化三大膳食计划设计原则。并在此基础上,设计日常训练期、赛前及赛后的具体膳食计划,旨在为篮球运动员提供全面、精准的营养支持,以提升其运动表现并促进身体恢复。This article analyzes the specific needs of basketball players for macronutrients(carbohydrates,proteins,fats)and micronutrients(vitamins,minerals),as well as the importance of water and electrolyte balance,this study proposes three dietary planning principles:balanced diet,timeliness,and individualization.And based on these principles,specific dietary plans for daily training periods,pre-game,and post-game are designed,aiming to provide comprehensive and accurate nutritional support for basketball players to improve their athletic performance and promote physical recovery.
