摘  要:职业素养是职业教育人才培养目标改进与优化的前提和基础,直接关系到学生的未来职业和社会行业发展。本文以职业素养为靶向,重新构建高职心理健康教育课程评价体系,将职业素养培育融入心理健康课程教学实践中,进一步落实具有实践能力、创造能力、就业能力和创新能力的技术技能人才培养目标。通过明确评价目标、创新评价体系、关注教学过程等一系列评价对策,教师能够在培育学生良好心理品质的同时,提升学生职业核心素养,进而为社会培养更多高素质技能人才。Professional quality is the premise and basis for the improvement and optimization of training objectives in vocational education,and is directly related to the future career of students and the development of social industries.Focusing on professional quality,this paper reconstructs the evaluation system for mental health education curricula in higher vocational colleges,integrates professional quality cultivation into the teaching practice,and further implements the training goals of talents with practical ability,creative ability,employability and innovation ability.A series of evaluation countermeasures,such as clear evaluation objectives,innovative evaluation system,and attention to teaching process,are designed to improve students’core professional quality while cultivating their good psychological quality,so as to cultivate more high-quality talents for the society.
