中华杜英种子油的提取及脂肪酸组成分析

摘  要:以中华杜英种子为原料,采用正交实验优化中华杜英种子油的超声提取条件,测定了其理化性质,并采用气相色谱法分析了其脂肪酸组成。结果显示,中华杜英种子油的最优提取工艺条件确定为料液比1∶12、超声时间40 min、超声温度30℃、超声功率200 W,在此条件下出油率达26.87%;其酸值、皂化值、过氧化值、碘值分别为14.16、173.25 mg KOH/g、0.53 mmol/kg、123.73 g I/100 g;经气相色谱分析各脂肪酸的质量分数,棕榈酸为5.80%,油酸为18.10%,亚油酸为72.91%,亚麻酸为1.16%,花生一烯酸为0.48%,芥酸为0.93%,二十二碳二烯酸为0.63%。其中不饱和脂肪酸质量分数高达94.20%,饱和脂肪酸质量分数为5.80%。The seeds of Elaeocarpus chinensis was used as raw materials and the oil yield of Elaeocarpus chinensis seeds was used as an indicator,the ultrasonic extraction conditions of Elaeocarpus chinensis seed oil were optimized using orthogonal experiments.Its physicochemical properties were determined,and the composition of fatty acid was analyzed using gas chromatography.The results indicated that the optimal extraction process conditions for Elaeocarpus chinensis seed oil were solid-liquid ratio of 1∶12,ultrasonic time of 40 minutes,ultrasonic temperature of 30℃,and ultrasonic power of 200 W.Under these conditions,the yield of Elaeocarpus chinensis seed oil was 26.78%;its acid value,peroxide value,iodine value,and saponification value are 14.16,173.25 mg KOH/g,0.53 mmol/kg and 123.73 g I/100 g,respectively;through gas chromatography analysis,the mass of palmitic acid was 5.80%,oleic acid was 18.10%,linoleic acid was 72.91%,linolenic acid was 1.16%,arachidonic acid was 0.48%,erucic acid was 0.93%,and docosahexaenoic acid was 0.63%.Among them,unsaturated fatty acids were as high as 94.21%and saturated fatty acids were 5.80%.
