摘  要:教育家精神是教育者在长期教育实践活动中生成并体现出的精神特质,陶行知的教育精神是具有典范意义的教育家精神。至诚爱国与教育报国精神、行知合一与试验进化精神、爱满天下与无私奉献精神、敢于创造与勇于开辟精神,是陶行知教育精神的核心体现。陶行知的教育精神,是其教育行动、教育学习、教育反思与教育实践共同作用的结果,即在教育行动中生成、在教育学习中滋养、在教育反思中升华、在教育实践中彰显和充盈。在教育强国建设的社会背景中,营造“学陶、研陶、师陶”氛围,推动“生活·实践”教育实验,养成“行知式”新时代大先生,是弘扬陶行知式教育家精神和推动教育高质量发展的时代要求。The spirit of an educator is the essence formed and embodied through long-term educational practices.The educationalist spirit of Tao Xingzhi has exemplary significance.The spirit of boundless love for the motherland and education for the motherland,the spirit of love for the world and selfless dedication,the spirit of integrating thought and action and experimentation and evolution,and the spirit of daring to create and boldly pioneering are the core embodiments of Tao Xingzhi's educationalist spirit.Tao Xingzhi's educational spirit stems from the synergy of his actions,learning,reflection,and practices—it is generated in action,enriched through learning,deepened in reflection,and realized in practice.In the social background of building an educational powerhouse,fostering an educational atmosphere of“learning from Tao,researching Tao,and modeling oneself after Tao,”advancing the“life and practice”educational experiment,and cultivating great teachers of“Xingzhi”style in the new era is the era's demand for promoting the Tao Xingzhi-style educationalist spirit and achieving high-quality education development.
