摘  要:基于烙印理论分析师范生师德烙印逻辑与机制,可以发现师范生师德的培育是一个连续动态的,从宏观到微观多重情境烙印下的师德生成过程。当前我国师范生的师德培育面临诸多挑战,包括社会环境复杂性、师德课程狭隘性和师德实践形式化等。基于烙印理论,可以通过环境创设精细化、师德课程立体化、师德反思深度化等应对举措构建完整立体的师范生师德培育体系,促进师范生形成稳固的师德印记,并促进其在未来的工作实践中持续发挥积极作用。Imprinting theory provides a framework to analyze the logic and mechanisms behind the moral development of teacher trainees,revealing that cultivating teacher ethics is a dynamic and ongoing process influenced by diverse contexts ranging from macro to micro levels.At present,the cultivation of teacher ethics for teacher-trainees in China faces many challenges,including the complexity of the social environment,the limited scope OF teacher ethics courses and the formalism of teacher ethics practice.Guided by imprinting theory,it is possible to build a comprehensive teacher ethics cultivation system for normal students by refining environmental designs,integrating teacher ethics courses,and enhancing reflective thinking on teacher ethics.This approach aims to instill strong ethical values in pre-service teachers,enabling them to effectively apply these principles in their future educational practices.
