摘 要:中国已进入深度老龄化社会,如何加强基层社区老年人群疾病的综合防治,日益成为我国卫生保健工作的重要课题。老年医学是探讨老年人疾病高效管理,从而促进老年人身心健康的综合性学科,其知识体系呈现多学科之间的交融性。传统的以学科为基础的教学模式,难以帮助学生树立老年性疾病的整合医学观,而以器官系统为基础的医学整合教学模式,可帮助学生打破不同学科体系之间的壁垒,实现有机整合,并逐步引导学生树立系统诊治观。因此,在“老年医学”课程教学中推行医学整合的教学模式,对提高该学科的教学成效尤为重要。As China has entered a period of“deep aging”,how to strengthen the comprehensive prevention and treatment of diseases among the elderly at the grass-roots level has become one of the most important tasks in China’s health care work.Geriatrics is a comprehensive discipline that explores the efficient management of diseases in the elderly and the promotion of their physical and mental health,and its knowledge system is characterized by the convergence of multiple disciplines.The traditional“discipline-based”teaching model makes it difficult to help students establish an“integrated medical view”of geriatric diseases.The“organ system-based”medical integration teaching mode can help students break the“barriers”between different disciplines,realize organic integration,and gradually guide students to establish a“systematic diagnosis and treatment”.Therefore,in the teaching of geriatrics,the implementation of medical integration teaching model can help students break the“barriers”between different disciplines,realize organic integration,and gradually establish a systematic diagnosis and treatment concept.Therefore,the implementation of the medical integration teaching model in the teaching of geriatrics is particularly important for improving the effectiveness of the teaching of this discipline.
