摘  要:近年来,随着素质教育和全民健身战略的深入推进,体育教学在县域普通高中中的重要性日益显著。然而,受限于场地设施、师资力量和课程设置等方面的因素,县域普通高中体育教学资源的配置和利用面临诸多挑战。该文分析了当前县域普通高中体育教学资源存在的问题,包括场地设施管理不善、师资队伍不稳定、课程内容缺乏创新,以及学业压力影响体育参与等。针对这些问题,该文提出了以下优化策略:加强设施维护与开放利用、提升教师待遇与提供培训机会、丰富课程内容与活动安排、合理分配学业与体育时间。In recent years,with the deepening of quality education and the national fitness strategy,the importance of Physical Education teaching in county-level high schools has become increasingly significant.However,due to factors such as venue facilities,teaching staff,and curriculum settings,the allocation and utilization of physical education resources face numerous challenges.This article analyzes the problems existing in the current Physical Education teaching resources in county-level high schools,including poor management of venue facilities,unstable teaching staff,lack of innovation in curriculum content,and academic pressure affecting students'participation in physical activities.To address these challenges,the article proposes the following optimization strategies:Enhancing facility maintenance and open utilization,improving teacher benefits and training opportunities,enriching curriculum content and activity arrangements,and balancing academic and sports time reasonably.
