摘　　要：以经典的咖啡因提取实验为基础,设计了面向生化类专业的咖啡因提取、纯化、分析和应用的综合性实验.包含基础性实验、分析性实验、应用性实验和研究性实验等多学科知识点,使学生能够在熟练掌握基本实验操作的基础上,学习大型仪器设备的原理和使用,同时在实际应用中利用学过的理论知识进行数据计算和结果分析,加强学生对知识的理解和应用,有利于提高学生的综合实验能力和创新精神.Based on the classic extraction experiment of caffeine,designed a comprehensive experiment for caffeine extraction,purification,analysis,and application targeting biochemical majors.Includes multidisciplinary knowledge points,such as basic experiments,analytical experiments,applied experiments,and research experiments.The students can learn the principles and usage of the large instruments and equipment on the basis of mastering basic experimental operations proficiently.At the same time,the students perform data calculation and results analysis by the theoretical knowledge learned in practical applications,which can strengthen the students'understanding and application ability of knowledge,and Beneficial for improving students'comprehensive experimental ability and innovative spirit.
