摘 要:针对人工智能时代对高职院校电子信息类专业人才培养的新挑战,研究聚焦于培养跨领域知识与技能的复合型智能化人才。基于人工智能赋能,提出实施策略:强化立德树人,促进学生全面发展;深化校企合作机制,优化培养模式以贴合行业需求;构建“专业+”课程体系,促进学科间的交叉融合与创新;推广人机协同探究式学习,增强学生实践创新能力;实施全面的动态评价体系。这些策略为高职院校在人工智能时代培养高质量复合型智能化人才提供了坚实的理论与实践指导。In response to the new challenges posed by the era of artificial intelligence(AI)for the cultivation of electronic information majors in higher vocational colleges,this study focuses on nurturing composite intelligent talents with cross-disciplinary knowledge and skills.Based on AI empowerment,the following implementation strategies are proposed:strengthening moral education and fostering comprehensive student development;deepening school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms to optimize training models in alignment with industry demands;constructing a"major+"curriculum system to promote interdisciplinary integration and innovation;promoting human-machine collaborative exploratory learning to enhance students'practical innovation capabilities;and implementing a comprehensive dynamic evaluation system.These strategies provide solid theoretical and practical guidance for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality composite intelligent talents in the AI era.
