摘 要:提升课程思政育人质效,高职院校教师必须充分激发自身积极性、主动性和创造性,能够结合自身需求主动自我审视参与课程思政育人的内在动机,并从不同维度自我厘清持续付诸课程思政育人行动的逻辑指向,最终将课程思政育人的价值旨归自我统引于“自立、自化、自信、自觉”四个自洽维度,实现主动自我激发和保持对学生的价值引领热情、回归高等职业技术教育立德树人初心本质的目的。To improve the quality and effectiveness of curriculum ideology and politics,teachers in vocational colleges must fully stimulate their own enthusiasm,initiative,and creativity,and be able to actively self-examine their intrinsic motivation for participating in curriculum ideology and politics based on their own needs,clarify the logical direction of their continuous action in curriculum ideology and politics from different dimensions,and ultimately integrate the value orientation of curriculum ideology and politics into the four self-consistent dimensions of"self-reliance,self-transformation,self-confidence,and self-awareness",so as to achieve the goal of actively stimulating themselves and maintaining enthusiasm for guiding students'values,and returning to the original intention of cultivating morality and talents in higher vocational and technical education.
