职教教师弘扬教育家精神的使命、问题与对策

摘  要:教育家精神是以马克思主义教育理论为指导,在遵循中国特色教育实践、教师育人价值规律与学生全面发展的基础上所形成的主体精神追求。弘扬教育家精神要求新时代职教教师有责任用好职业院校弘扬教育家精神的宝贵资源,充分发挥职教教师的主体使命。但是职教教师弘扬教育家精神存在对教育家精神认识不足、教育理念延迟更新、教师数字素养不足的主要误区。针对职教教师弘扬教育家精神存在的问题,职业院校要激发职教教师价值转向,以教育家精神完善教师专业品性;要优化职业校园管理,将教育家精神融入校园文化;要提升职业教师数字素养,让教育家精神驱动数字教学发展。Educator's spirit is the main spiritual pursuit formed on the basis of Marxist education theory,following the practice of education with Chinese characteristics,the law of value of student cultivation and the comprehensive development of students.Carrying forward the educator's spirit requires that vocational teachers in the new era have the responsibility to make good use of the valuable resources for carrying forward the educator's spirit in vocational colleges and universities,and give full play to their main mission.However,several problems still exist,such as insufficient understanding,delayed updating of educational concepts,and teachers'lack of digital literacy.In response these problems,vocational colleges and universities should boost the value turn of vocational teachers and improve their professional character with educator spirit;optimize the management of vocational campuses,integrate educator spirit into the campus culture,and enhance the digital literacy of vocational teachers so that the educator spirit can drive the development of digital teaching and learning.
