摘 要:烘焙食品是居民日常饮食的重要组成部分。随着市场需求的迅速增长,烘焙食品的生产与流通环节逐渐显现出众多安全风险。现行的监管体系在法规的完善性、技术支持以及行业自律等方面存在缺陷,导致部分问题难以得到有效的解决。本研究阐述烘焙食品安全监管现状,分析烘焙食品安全监管存在的问题,并提出相关策略,旨在提高烘焙食品的安全管理水平,为相关监管工作提供参考依据。Baked goods are an important part of the residents’daily diet.With the rapid growth of market demand,many safety risks have gradually emerged in the production and circulation of baked goods.The existing regulatory system has defects in the perfection of regulations,technical support and industry self-discipline,which makes it difficult to effectively solve some problems.This study describes the current situation of the safety supervision of baked goods,analyzes the existing problems in the safety supervision of baked goods,and puts forward relevant strategies,aiming to improve the safety management level of baked goods and provide reference for relevant supervision work.
