摘 要:目的:针对食品中新兴污染物全氟化合物,通过优化基于液相色谱-串联质谱的检测方法,以提高其检测灵敏度和准确性。方法:采用乙腈-甲酸(99∶1,V/V)混合溶液进行样品提取,3 m L水和甲醇进行淋洗,5 mmol·L^(-1)乙酸铵水溶液和乙腈作为液相色谱流动相进行梯度洗脱,多反应监测模式测定。结果:全氟化合物在0.1~100.0 ng·m L^(-1)线性关系良好(R^(2)>0.99),检出限为0.01μg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.03μg·kg^(-1),加标回收率在85.3%~105.3%,相对标准偏差在1.7%~4.9%。结论:该方法可应用于实际食品样品中全氟化合物的检测,为食品安全领域中全氟化合物的监测提供了可靠的技术支持。Objective:To improve the detection sensitivity and accuracy of perfluorinated compounds,an emerging pollutant in food,by optimizing the detection method based on liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Method:Acetonitrile formic acid(99∶1,V/V)mixed solution was used for sample extraction,followed by rinsing with 3 mL of water and methanol.A 5 mmol·L^(-1)ammonium acetate aqueous solution and acetonitrile were used as the liquid chromatography mobile phase for gradient elution,and multiple reaction monitoring mode was used for determination.Result:The linear relationship of perfluorinated compounds was good between 0.1~100.0 ng·mL^(-1)(R^(2)>0.99),with a detection limit of 0.01μg·kg^(-1)and a quantification limit of 0.03μg·kg^(-1).The recovery rate was 85.3%~105.3%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.7%~4.9%.Conclusion:This method can be applied to the detection of perfluorinated compounds in actual food samples,providing reliable technical support for the monitoring of perfluorinated compounds in the field of food safety.
