摘　　要：本文全面概述了体系检查的背景、发展历程,细致梳理了确保检查工作顺利进行的关键要素及检查工作开展过程中被检查企业易出现的问题,并就以后体系检查工作的开展提出了改进意见。本文为监管机构提供了执行体系检查的具体指导和改进措施,同时也为食品销售企业在风险管理和提升管理水平方面提供了有益的参考。This article comprehensively summarizes the background and development history of system inspections,carefully sorts out the key factors to ensure the smooth progress of inspections and the problems that are prone to occur in the inspected enterprises during the inspection process,and puts forward improvement suggestions for the future development of system inspections.This article provides regulatory agencies with specific guidance and improvement measures for the implementation of system inspections,and also provides a useful reference for food sales companies in terms of risk management and improving management levels.
