床边教学在“中西医结合内科学”课程教学中的应用初探

摘　　要：中西医结合内科学是一门新兴学科,能帮助医学生更具有中西医融合的思维观念。但“中西医结合内科学”教学的难点在于,中医与西医是两种完全不同的医学理论体系,课程知识点繁多,内容较为枯燥,教师教学与医学生学习均有一定困难。从“中西医结合内科学”的课程特点与床边教学的优势出发,重点探讨了床边教学应用的必要性与可行性。从采用较新的床边教学方法,通过提前备课及优化病种选择、加强实际操作等方面,探讨了床边教学的具体应用方法,希冀为“中西医结合内科学”的教学方法改革提供一定思路。中医内科学乃中医临床课程之首,西医内科学更是临床课程的重中之重,都对于培养中医学生的临床思维具有至关重要的作用。Internal Medicine of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is an emerging discipline which allows students to have a more integrated mindset of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.But the difficulty is that Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are completely different medical theoretical systems,and there are many knowledge points in the learning.The content is relatively dull,and meanwhile teaching and learning are both difficult.This article explores the necessity and feasibility of bedside teaching application from the perspective of the curriculum characteristics of Internal Medicine of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and the advantages of bedside teaching.This article explores the specific application methods of bedside teaching from the perspectives of adopting relatively new bedside teaching methods,preparing lessons in advance,optimizing disease selection,and strengthening practical operations.It is hoped to provide some ideas for the reform of teaching methods in Internal Medicine of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Internal medicine is the first clinical course of TCM,and western medicine is the top priority of clinical course,both of which play a vital role in cultivating the clinical thinking of TCM students.
