摘　　要：食品微生物检测是保障食品安全的重要手段之一。本文概述了微生物检测的主要内容、指标和特点,探讨了食品微生物检测质量控制的影响因素,并针对性提出相应的质量控制措施,旨在推动食品微生物检测质量控制水平提升,更好地保障消费者的饮食安全。Food microbiological testing is one of the important means to ensure food safety.This article summarizes the main contents,indicators and characteristics of microbiological testing,discusses the factors affecting the quality control of food microbiological testing,and puts forward corresponding quality control measures in order to promote the improvement of the quality control level of food microbiological testing and better ensure the food safety of consumers.
