摘 要:建立食品接触材料中荧光增白剂162的高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法。以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为提取溶剂进行超声提取,提取液经净化后进行测定,外标法定量。结果表明,荧光增白剂162在10~200μg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998。检出限为0.1 mg·kg^(-1),平均回收率在95.8%~101.2%,相对标准偏差在1.6%~7.2%。该方法准确、可靠,适用于食品接触材料中荧光增白剂162的测定。A determining method of FWA162 in food contact materials was established by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.N,N-dimethylformamide was used as the extraction solvent for ultrasonic extraction,and the extract was determined after purification,and quantified by external standard method.The linear relationship of FWA162 is good between 10~200μg·L^(-1),with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998.The limit of detection was 0.1 mg·kg^(-1),the recovery rate was 95.8%~101.2%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.6%~7.2%.This method is accurate and reliable,and is suitable for the determination of FWA162 in food contact materials.
