摘　　要：鸡内金作为一种药食同源物质,含有多种功能性的天然成分,可用于功能性食品的开发。鸡内金功能性食品能够调节人体机能,改善消化不良等症状,能够满足人们对健康饮食的需求,帮助人们保持健康的生活方式。本文介绍了鸡内金的化学成分和药理作用,综述了其在功能性食品中的应用进展。Chickens gizzard-membrane,as a food and medicine material,contains a variety of functional natural components and can be used for the development of functional foods.Functional foods made from chickens gizzard-membrane can regulate human functions,improve symptoms such as indigestion,meet people’s needs for healthy eating,and help people maintain a healthy lifestyle.This article introduces the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of chickens gizzard-membrane,and reviews its application progress in functional foods.
