摘　　要：阐述微电子工艺课程教学中的数字化转型和实践过程,探讨数字化转型的实施策略,包括借助数字技术,将不同问题前移、扩充数字资源丰富课堂形式、借助线上教学平台设置任务点形成闯关模式。This paper describes the digital transformation and practical process in the teaching of microelectronics technology courses,and explores the implementation strategies of digital transformation,including using digital technology to move different problems forward,expanding digital resources to enrich classroom forms,and setting task points through online teaching platforms to form a breakthrough mode.
