摘　　要：科技创新在教育领域的不断渗透,对中学信息技术教师科创教育能力的发展提出了新要求。文章在相关理论研究的基础上,初步拟定了中学信息技术教师科创教育能力的指标体系,采用德尔菲法确定了指标体系,包括4个一级指标、11个二级指标与32个三级指标,并从教师教学、教师培训、教师发展三个方面指出了应用指标体系的意义,为信息技术教师的专业发展提供了参考。The continuous penetration of science and technology innovation in the field of education has put forward new requirements for the development of secondary school information technology teachers’ability in science and innovation education.On the basis of relevant theoretical research,the article initially formulated the index system of secondary school IT teachers’ability of science and innovation education,adopted the Delphi method to determine the index system,including 4 first-level indexes,11 second-level indexes,and 32 third-level indexes,and pointed out the significance of applying the index system from the three aspects of teachers’teaching,teachers’training,and teachers’development,so as to provide references for the professional development of IT teachers.
