摘　　要：食品接触材料对于食品工业乃至于国计民生都具有重要意义,食品接触材料安全更是食品安全中不可或缺的一部分。台湾地区食品接触材料大多从内地进口,内地的食品接触材料形象不仅关系两岸食品安全,更关系到祖国母亲在台湾地区人民心中的形象。台湾地区在2024年度对内地生产的“其他塑胶制餐桌用餐具及厨房用具,PP”商品开启加强管制措施,为此本文比较两岸PP类食品接触材料食品安全标准差异,并提出相关的标准改进措施,旨在推动两岸食品接触材料行业融通。Food contact materials are of great significance to the food industry and even to the national economy and people’s well-being.The safety of food contact materials is an indispensable part of food safety.Most food contact materials in Taiwan are imported from the Chinese mainland.The food contact materials from the Chinese mainland are related to not only food safety on both sides of the Taiwan Strait,but also the image of the motherland in the hearts of people in Taiwan.In 2024,Taiwan has implemented strengthened control measures on“other plastic(PP)tableware and kitchen utensil”products produced in the Chinese mainland.Therefore,this paper compares the differences in food safety standards for PP food contact materials on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and proposes relevant standards improvement measures,aiming to promote the integration of the food contact materials industry on both sides.
