摘 要:目的:研究神经内科临床实践教学中采用情景式案例分析教学法联合标准化教学的带教优势。方法:选取2022年12月至2023年12月期间在永州市中心医院神经内科临床实习的学生268例,各134例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规教学模式,观察组采取情景式案例分析教学法联合标准化教学模式,对比两组带教效果。结果:观察组教学效果显著优于对照组学生(P<0.05),观察组教学满意程度显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05),观察组思维开放测试评分显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05),观察组学习能力评分显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论:对神经内科临床实习学生进行情景式案例分析教学法联合标准化教学带教,教学效果较好,能够提高学生满意程度、开放学生思维,提高学生学习能力,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the advantages of using situational case analysis teaching method and standardized teaching in clinical practice teaching of the neurology department.Methods:A total of 268 students,134 in each group,who had clinical practice teaching in the Department of Neurology of Yongzhou Central Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group adopted conventional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted situational case analysis teaching method combined with standardized teaching mode.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The teaching effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the thinking openness test score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the learning ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The situational case analysis teaching method combined with standardized teaching for clinical practice students in the neurology department has good teaching effect,which can improve students’satisfaction,broaden their thinking and improve their learning ability,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
