摘　　要：随着高等教育的不断进步,案例教学法在专业学位研究生培养中的重要性日益凸显。以食品科学与工程专业学位研究生的“食品酶学”课程为例,分析整体案例库建设的背景与现状,提出案例库建设的原则、建设内容与实践方案,并建立案例库评价与应用成效体系。课程案例库的建设旨在通过案例教学法提升学生的实践能力和创新思维,是食品工程与科学专业学位研究生教学改革的重要举措之一,也为相关课程案例库的建设提供一定的借鉴和参考。With the continuous progress of higher education,the importance of case teaching method in the training of professional graduate students has become increasingly prominent.The background and current situation of the case base construction were analyzed,and the case base evaluation and application effectiveness system by taking the course“Food Enzymology”for food engineering degree graduates as an example was established.The construction of case database of this course aimed to improve practical ability and innovative thinking of students through case teaching method,which is one of the important measures of teaching reform of food engineering and science major graduate students,and also provides certain reference value for the construction of relevant course case database.
