摘  要:随着中国预制菜产业的迅速崛起,吉林省积极推动预制吉菜的发展,专业人才的需求也随之日益增加。此研究旨在构建基于产业需求的创新预制吉菜教学模式。通过调查产业人才需求,设置涵盖食品科学、烹饪技术、规模化生产、供应链管理、市场营销和产品创新等模块的课程,强化实践教学和校企合作,提升学生的职业素养和实践能力。研究显示,创新教学模式有效弥合了传统教学与产业需求的差距,培养了具备综合能力和实践技能的高素质人才,为预制吉菜产业的发展提供了坚实的理论依据和实践指导。With the rapid rise of the pre-prepared food industry in China,Jilin Province is actively promoting the development of pre-prepared Jilin cuisine,and leading to an increasing demand for specialized talent.This study aims to construct an innovative teaching model for pre-prepared Jilin cuisine based on industry needs.By investigating the industry’s talent requirements,the study designs a curriculum that includes modules on food science,culinary techniques,large-scale production,supply chain management,marketing,and product innovation.The model emphasizes practical teaching and school-enterprise cooperation to enhance students’professional qualities and practical skills.The research shows that the innovative teaching model effectively bridges the gap between traditional education and industry needs,cultivating high quality talent with comprehensive abilities and practical skills.This provides a solid theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the development of the pre-prepared Jilin cuisine industry.
