摘　　要：习近平总书记教育强国建设重要论述是新时代新征程建设教育强国的根本遵循和行动指南。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚持把系统观念作为基础性的思想方法和工作方法,在加快教育现代化、建设教育强国的历史进程中不断深化对教育强国建设的规律性认识,开拓了中国共产党人科学思想方法的新境界,具体包括以高瞻远瞩的战略思维掌舵教育强国建设的发展方向,以继往开来的历史思维增强教育强国建设的历史主动,以对立统一的辩证思维把握教育强国建设的科学规律,以综合统筹的系统思维谋划教育强国建设的整体布局,以与时俱进的创新思维激发教育强国建设的创新活力,以法德兼治的法治思维提升教育强国建设的治理效能,以居安思危的底线思维筑牢教育强国建设的安全防线。Xi Jinping’s statements on strengthening the country through education is the fundamentalfollow and action guide for education work in the new era and new journey.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Comrade Xi Jinping,the central leadership,has upheld the systematic view as afundamentalmethod of thought and work,deepening the laws governing the construction of a powerful country ofeducation in the course of accelerating the modernization of education and building a powerful country ofeducation.This has opened up new vistas of scientific thought methods for the Communist Party of China.Specifically,we should:steer the development direction of a powerful country of education with strategicthinking of far-sightedness;enhance historical initiative in building a powerful country of education withhistorical thinking of continuity and innovation;grasp the scientific laws of building a powerful country ofeducation with dialectical thinking of unity and struggle;plan the overall layout of buildingapowerfulcountry of education with systematic thinking of integration and coordination;stimulate innovative vitality inbuilding a powerful country of education with innovative thinking of keeping up with the times;and enhancegovernance effectiveness in building a powerful country of education with legal thinking of combiningmorality and law.
