积极心理学视域下高职大学生恋爱观培养路径研究

摘　　要：青年大学生的恋爱观不仅反映了当代年轻人的价值取向,还对整个社会层面婚恋观的塑造产生深远影响。比较而言,高职院校大学生在学习素养的积淀和人生阅历的积累上稍显不足,其恋爱观的培育更加紧迫。基于积极心理学调查分析认为,高职大学生的恋爱观尚未成熟、趋于多元化、解决恋爱冲突的能力不够,一定程度上存在恋爱困扰。因此,提出对策:(一)大学生要培养自身积极心理品质;(二)高校要加强大学生科学恋爱观教育;(三)家庭和社会共同营造多元的婚恋观。The love values of college students not only reflect the value orientations of contemporary youth,but also have a profound impact on the shaping of societal love and marriage values.By comparison,vocational college students are less equipped with academic literacy and life experience,which makes their cultivation of love values more urgent.On the basis of surveys and analyses from the perspective of positive psychology,it is found that vocational college students,with immature and diversified love values,lack sufficient capability in resolving love conflicts and are somewhat distressed by love confusion.Accordingly,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)College students should cultivate their own positive psychological qualities;(2)Higher education institutions should strengthen education on scientific love values for them;(3)Families and society should jointly create diverse love and marriage values.
