摘　　要：通过开展社会性科学议题教学培养高中生的决策力是落实科学素养教育的具体方式。以我国科研人员研制的“人血清白蛋白转基因水稻”议题为例,探索提升学生论证和决策能力的实践途径,为一线教师提供参考。It is a specific approach to implementing scientific literacy education by carrying out teaching of socio-scientific issues and fostering decision-making ability in students.This paper explores practical ways of enhancing students argumentation and decision-making abilities using the topic of“genetically modified(GM)rice expressing human serum albumin”developed by Chinese scientists as an example,to provide a reference for frontline teachers.
