摘 要:随着基础教育集团化办学的范围扩大和程度加深,出现了办学规模过度扩张、资源配置不合理和组织整合不协调等情况,导致教育质量发展受阻,逐渐偏离促进教育公平的根本目的。究其原因,主要是集团化办学目标与定位偏离初衷,以及集团领导权力存在集中与分散的矛盾。因此,研究基于道德领导理论审视当前基础教育集团化办学中存在的问题,对道德领导进行定义与定位,强调领导者可以借助道德权威凝聚集团育人共识、通过塑造“替身”促使集团成员自主管理。在集团化办学实践中,可以通过打造共同愿景、重视道德权威、打破内外壁垒来构建基于道德领导的集团共同体。With the expansion of the scope and deepening of the scope and deepening of the degree of basic education group-run schools,problems of over-expansion of the scale of running schools,irrational allocation of resources and uncoordinated organizational integration have arisen,leading to stagnation or even a decline in the development of educational quality,gradually deviating from the fundamental purpose of promoting educational equity.The main reasons for this are the deviation of the group’s goal and orientation from the original intention of group school running,and the contradiction between centralization and decentralization of the group’s leadership power.Therefore,based on the moral leadership theory,this study examines the current problems in the group education of basic education,defines and positions the moral leadership,and emphasizes that the leader can use the moral authority to gather the consensus of the group’s education,and promote the independent management of the group members by shaping the“understudy”.In the practice of group schooling,a group community based on moral leadership can be built by creating a common vision,valuing moral authority,and breaking down internal and external barriers.
